Hand formed pomegranate made with grey chamotte stoneware. Glazed all over in a rose toned matt glaze, with a shiny effect glaze added on the top for extra depth. Fully glazed and hollow, about 8 cm in height and 7 cm in diameter. A one of a kind piece made for decorative use. The pomegranate is a long standing symbol of good luck and new beginnings in Greek homes, especially around Christmas and the New Year. This piece keeps that tradition in a simple, contemporary way.
