Right of withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the day you receive it.
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
To start a return you must contact us by email at info@cretanspiral.com
before sending the item back.
Return shipping cost is paid by the customer.
We refund you within 14 days after we receive the returned item.

Items that arrive damaged
If a parcel arrives damaged you must contact us on the same day with clear photos of the damage.
We will replace the item or refund you after we review the case.
In some cases we may ask you to return the damaged item for inspection.

Condition of returned items
Items must be sent back in secure packaging.
If an item is returned used, washed, altered or damaged we may reduce the refund amount according to the condition.

Non ceramic items
Merchandise such as T shirts can also be returned within 14 days if they are unused and in original condition.

Exceptions
Custom orders made specifically for a customer cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
